Erik is a licensed Hawaii Realtor and is President & Principal Broker for Home Holders LLC. He started the company with the goal to offer more personalized service to the clients and tenants and to treat properties like homes. Erik is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers since 2008 and is an active committee member participating in the monthly seminar meetings and committees.
Before starting Home Holders LLC, Erik worked for two of the largest property management companies on Oahu. It was from this working experience that he learned how to operate each aspect of the property management business. He first obtained his real estate license in 2005 and worked positions in sales, transaction management, relocations, & property management.
Originally from Los Angeles, California, Erik earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Soon after graduating college he moved to Oahu and discovered a career in real estate. Erik enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He speaks fluent Spanish and finds joy in teaching his daughters the language. His hobbies include training to run for the Honolulu marathon each year and swimming in the ocean.
